- For the Crust:
- 24 Oreo cookies (regular variety)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 12 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 15 Triple Double Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped (you can you regular as well)
Curry Chicken Salad

MOROCCAN BRAISED BEEF

Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag; add beef and toss to coat
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) beef broth
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup dry red wine

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, butter and buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 2-3/4 cups and 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 2-3/4 cups and 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 5/8 pinch salt (optional)
- 2 tablespoons and 2-3/4 teaspoons sugar
Pasta Salad

Boil pasta; drain and cool
- Dressing:
- 8 oz pasta spirals
- 1/2 cup each shredded carrots, diced red bell pepper, and shredded zucchini
- 1/4 c minced fresh basil
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 4 T lemon juice
- 2 T light olive oil
- 1/8 t each onion powder, garlic powder, and salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- pepper to taste
- 4 T shredded Parmesan cheese

In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, tapioca and salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking tapioca
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups fresh blackberries, divided
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Pastry for double-crust pie (9 inches)
Vegetable Latkes

Shred the vegetables in a food processor with a shredding blade or use hand grater
- 2 1/2 cups shredded zucchini (2 large)
- 1 cup shredded potato
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup shredded onion
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup matzo meal
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
- sour cream or applesauce for topping

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Whipped cream cheese, optional
