- 3 lyzki oliwy
- 1 lyzka oliwy
- 1 lyzka masla
- 2 zabki czosnku

- Fresh blueberries(1 freezer pack)

Cover the salt cod with water and place it in the refrigerator for 48 hours,changing the water at least 3 times
- 500 g salt cod,or salt pollock
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 onion,sliced paper thin and separated in rings
- 1/2 green bell pepper,seeded and finaly diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper,seeded and finely diced
- 2 tomatoes,seeded and chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil(fruity oil),or more for consistency
- balsamic vinegar,salt pepper to taste
- 1 cup green olives
Roasted Sweet Pepper Salad From the Piedmont

- 3 lg red bell peppers
- 3 lg yellow bell peppers
- 2 shallots,coarsely chopped
- 12 pitted green olives,sliced
- 1 cup diced fontina cheese
- 1/4 cup capers,drained
- Handful chopped fresh parsley
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- salt,pepper to taste

- 6 black peppercorns
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme

- 1 cup dry white wine

- salt and Tabasco,to taste
