Heat oven to 350 In a large mixing bowl combine the cake mix icing, eggs, water, oil and nuts and mix well
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 tub coconut pecan icing
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup nuts
Crock Pot Apple Butter

I used 8 lbs. apples and it was fine with the same amount of sugar
- 5 1/2 lbs apples cored, peeled and chopped.
- 4 cups sugar
- 3 tsps. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Round Pretzel Candy

Lay the pretzels on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
- 1 bag of round pretzels
- 1 bag of Hersheys milk chocolate kisses
- 1 bag of M & M's

- 1/2 cup oil

- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 15 oz. can coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut
- Extra coconut to cover the top of the cake
- Cream cheese frosting
- 8 oz carton cool whip
Chicken Enchilades

- 10 soft taco shells
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded Tex-Mex cheese
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 4 oz. can diced green chiles

Turn on oven to broil amd pre-heat to 500 degrees
- Lay out as many steaks as needed at room temperature.
- Salt & Pepper each side.
- Use a garlic press and apply lightly some fresh garlic to each side

- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3-4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbs. vegetable shortening
