Ingredients

  • 1

    white cake mix

  • 1/2

    cup oil

  • 3

    eggs

  • 8 oz. carton sour cream

  • 15 oz. can coconut milk

  • 1

    cup coconut

  • Extra coconut to cover the top of the cake

  • Cream cheese frosting

  • 8 oz carton cool whip

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Baked in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 for 30-40 minutes. After cake has cooled, cover with the rest of the coconut then cover with a layer of cream cheese frosting, and then cover with cool-whip. Store cake in the refrigerator well covered.
