Cinnamon Raisin Bread

- 1 cup milk at room temperature - 7 7/8 oz.
- 3 tbsp. butter softened - 1 1/2 oz.
- 4 tbsp. sugar - 1 3/4 oz.
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar, packed - 3/8 oz.
- 1 egg at room temperature - 2 oz.
- 1 tsp. kosher salt - 1/4 oz.
- 2 1/2 tsp. Vietnamese cinnamon - 1/4 oz.
- 3 cups bread flour - 13 7/8 oz.
- 2 1/4 tsp. instant yeast (SAF) - 1/4 oz.
- 1 cup raisins - 5 1/4 oz.
Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole

Cook potatoes in water, bring to a boil over medium heat
- 5-6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Smoked Sausage Stir-Fry

Cut sausage into 1/4 bias slices
- 1 package smoked sausage
- 2 tbps. olive oil
- 1 package fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 6 tbps. stir-fry sauce or sweet and sour sauce
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
English Toffee

- 4 sticks of butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 tbs. white Karo
- 4 tbs. water
- 2 pkgs. milk chocolate chips

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake...Scratch

Heat oven to 350. Sprinkle brown sugar in bottom of pan
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 can slice pineaplle
- 6 marachino cherries
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 vanilla
Cheesy Baked Squash

- Onion, diced
- 1 lb. summer squash, diced
- Pepper to taste
- 2 oz. cream cheese, cut into small cubes.
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach

- 2 pkgs. cream cheese softened
- 2 large onions chopped
- Grated Parmesean
- Pepper

- 1 lb. pkg. of jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups of tomto sauce or your own homemade.
Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken

- 1 pkg. Italian dressing
- 4 Tbs. butter (melted) divided
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 garlic cloved choped
- 1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 chicken broth

- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups of molk

- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- Glaze
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Taco Soup

Saute onion, pepper, and ground round in large stock pot
- 2 lbs. ground round
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 can mexican corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1/4 c. taco seasoning
- 1 pkg. ranch dressing
- add 1 1/2cups of water, more if needed.
