  • and patted dry with a paper towel
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp natural peanut
  • butter*
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder+
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips or bittersweet chocolate chips
  • pinch of salt if peanut butter
  • is unsalted*
  • +If you need grain-free baking powder, you can use 1 part cream of tartar plus 1 part baking soda plus 2 parts arrowroot.
