Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dough Cookies

Gluten Free. Tastes like chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven--gooey and moist!
- 1 1/4 cups chickpeas/garbanzo beans (15.5 oz. can), well-drained
- and patted dry with a paper towel
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp natural peanut
- butter*
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp baking powder+
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips or bittersweet chocolate chips
- pinch of salt if peanut butter
- is unsalted*
- +If you need grain-free baking powder, you can use 1 part cream of tartar plus 1 part baking soda plus 2 parts arrowroot.

- 1 cup (16 tablespoons) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt or 3/4 teaspoon regular table salt
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Pumpkin Cake Bars with Frosting

- CAKE
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice, or 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon each ginger, nutmeg, and cloves
- 2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts
- 1 cup golden raisins, or 1/2 cup golden raisins and 1/2 cup ginger mini-chips

- 1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 cup)-melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
