Easy soup recipe from Aunt Vi
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic-minced
- 1-8 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 beef bullion cubes or 1- 26 oz box beef stock
- 1-11.5 oz can V-8 juice
- 1-14.5 oz can green beans-undrained
- 1-15 oz can kidney beans-drained and rinsed
- 1-15 oz can stewed tomotoes
- 1 tsp oregano, parsley and basil
- 2-tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 large potato-peeled and cubed
- salt & pepper to taste
Corn Casserole

Bake at 350° uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly in the center of the casserole
- TOPPING:
- Make the day before serving*
- 2-11 oz cans Corn (Green Giant small shoepeg or nibblets-drained
- 1-14 oz can French Style Green Beans-drained
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 8 oz carton of Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup diced Onion
- 1 roll (about 34 crackers) Ritz crackers-crushed into crumbs
- 3/4 to 1 cube Butter-melted

- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt, separated
- 6 tblsp cold unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
