Mix first 8 ingredients in small bowl
- 1/2 C salad dresing or mayo
- 1 C grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes, halved,seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 C chopped ripe pitted olives
- 1/4 C grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp whole oregano
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp sweet basil
- 1 Baguette
- 1/3 C butter, softened
Turkey Bunwich

Mix all ingredients together, except buns
- 1/4 cup dried onion flakes
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- sprinkle pepper
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 cup grated medium cheddar cheese
- hamburger buns
Maple Bran Muffins

Pour milk over bran; let stand 5 - 10 minutes
- 1 2/3 cups buttermilk, or sour milk
- 2 2/3 cups bran cereal
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup mixed dried fruit or raisins
Pork Chops with Blueberry Sauce

Combine pepper, garlic powder, salt and cayenne, mix well
- 1 teaspoon each black pepper and garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 4 lean boneless pork loin chops
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon each chopped fresh thyme and sage
Parsley Dumplings

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl
- 2 C cake flour, measured after sifting
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 C minced fresh parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C melted butter or oil
- 3/4 C milk
Turkey Salad Filling

Stir all ingredients together
- 2 1/2 cups diced cooked turkey
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 3/4 cup toasted almonds, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Simple Cornflake Chicken

Remove skin or leave on. Pat dry with paper towels
- 3 lbs chicken, cut up, or chicken parts
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 C coarsely crushed corn flakes
Pork Chops with Rosemary Vinegar Sauce

Sprinkle chops on both sides with 3/4 teaspoon rosemary, salt and pepper
- 4 large boneless pork chops
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup canned low-salt chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 4 teaspoons raspberry or red wine vinegar
Pork Chops with Soy Orange Sauce

Combine the orange juice with the soy sauce, sugar, garlic,pepper, and thyme sprigs
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 8 sprigs fresh thyme
- 8 1/2 " thick loin pork chops
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons safflower oil
Green Salad with Ginger-Lime Dressing

Combine the lettuce, nectarine slices, and parsley in a large bowl
- 1 head of green leaf lettuce, torn into bit-size pieces
- 1 ripe nectarine, sliced very thin
- 2 T fresh curly parsley, torn into small pieces
- 6 T olive oil
- juice of 1 1/2 limes
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 T grated fresh ginger
- coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
