- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 3/4 C water
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 C chopped piniento
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice

Melt butter in a large casserole dish and fry chicken and bacon quickly over high heat until cooked
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pound chicken meat, diced
- 2 slices bacon, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 1/4 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Cream-Filled Brandy Snaps

Preheat oven to 350F. Butter 2 large baking sheets
- Brandy Cream:
- 1/2 C butter, cut into pieces
- 3 T corn syrup
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/4 C packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 T brandy
- 1/2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 C whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 T brandy
Chicken Satay

Stir first 7 ingredients together well in plastic bag
- PEANUT SAUCE:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut in cubes
- 34 wooden skewers, soaked
- 2 red peppers, cut into 1" squares
- 6 green onions, cut into 1" pieces
- 2 yellow peppers, cut into 1-inch squares

- 1 1/4 C chopped onions

- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb lean ground pork
- 1/4 C all-purpose flour

- 10 oz condensed beef consomme
