Banana-Peanut Butter Cream Tart

Heat oven to 450f. Unroll pie crust; place in ungreased 9- or 9 1/2-in tart pan with removable bottom
- 1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 pkg (3oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups 1/4 inch slices firm ripe bananas (about 2 med)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup party peanuts, finely chopped
Warm Lemon Pudding Cake

- 1 box lemon (or yellow) cake mix
- (ingredients listed on back of box; eggs, oil and water)
- 2 (3.4 oz.) boxes instant lemon pudding
- 1/3 cup sugar (optional)
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 1/4 cup water
- powdered sugar, for dusting

- 1 to 2 small-medium apples
- 1 banana, fairly ripe is best
- 1/2 to 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup cucumber, rough cut in large chunks
- 2 to 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 3/4 to 1 cup water or coconut water

- 2 cups finely chopped 0r grounded brazil nuts

Dill Pickle Dip
