Pecan Cheddar Quiche

Toss cheese with flour. Combine eggs, milk, salt, bacon, pecans and peppers, mixing well
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 T flour
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 T jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (canned)
- 9 inch pie shell
Rotel Dip

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lg onion, chopped

- 1 lb velveeta
- 1 can rotel tomatoes

- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano or Tbsp fresh oregano
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (or 1 Tbsp dry basil)
- minced garlic
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups half and half or whole milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Hawaiian Surprise Cake

Beat cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges for 2 minutes
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, undrained

- 1 8 oz Cool Whip

Bonnie's Buffalo Chicken Dip

Preheat ove to 350 degrees Combine shredded chicken and hot sauce and spread in bottom of 9x13 pan
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled, drained and shredded
- 1-12 oz. bottle Original Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 2-8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
- 1-16 oz. bottle ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

- 1-1/2 to 2 cups ice cubes
- 1-1/2 ounces chocolate-flavored vodka
- 1/2 ounce cherry brandy
- 4 ounces half-and-half cream
- 1/2 teaspoon maraschino cherry juice
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1 maraschino cherry

- 1 tablespoon virgin oil
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
Creamy Tuscan Ravioli Soup

1.In a large stock pot, brown sausage until no longer pink
- 1 pound ground Italian sausage
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 (20 oz.) package fresh cheese ravioli
- 5-6 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Recipe called for 2 lbs. of meat, but I found that 1 was sufficient.
Ken Wade's Fudge

Butter 8x8 pan. Heat first 3 ingredients on medium heat and stir untill bubbly over entire surface
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 16-18 large marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3-4 tablespoons crunch peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
