•In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients
- 6 ounces cooked corned beef brisket, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Thousand Island salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Snickerdoodle Blondies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/2 Sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- cinnamon-sugar, for sprinkling
Chicken Pot Pie Biscuits

*Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 8 -count biscuits
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced (any leftover chicken works)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. frozen veggies, thawed (I used 1 c. corn, peas and carrots & 1/2 c. broccoli)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon of minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Cream Cheese Taco Dip

combine and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- grated Cheddar/Mexican cheese
Fresh Banana Cake w/Creamy Caramel Frosting

Cake: Combine cake mix, egg water and oil as directed on box
- Cake
- One box yellow cake mix
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Caramel Frosting
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

- 3-2.5 oz jars beef baby food
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk

Emeril Lagasse's Turkey Club Casserole

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, salt, mustard, cayenne, and nutmeg
- For the Béchamel Sauce:
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Two 1-pound loaves very thinly sliced sandwich bread, preferably Pepperidge Farm
- 1 recipe Béchamel Sauce
- 1 pound thinly sliced oven-roasted turkey breast
- 2 medium tomatoes, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 pound bacon, cooked until crisp and drained
- 8 slices thinly sliced honey-glazed ham
- 8 ounces thinly sliced sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Strawberry Angel Pie

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water
- 1 3oz. pkg strawberry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 9 inch graham cracker crust
- addt'l sliced strawberries
Pizza Casserole

1.Cook penne pasta according to package instructions
- 4 cups penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb italian sausage
- 4 oz pepperoni's
- 1/2 of a green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- fresh mushrooms
- sliced green olives
- 24 oz jar pizza/marina sauce
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Company Chicken

Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of chicken and place in pan on top of beef
- 4 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and split
- 1 4 oz jar dried beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 8 slices bacon
