Ken Wade's Fudge
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 16-18 large marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3-4 tablespoons crunch peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Butter 8x8 pan. Heat first 3 ingredients on medium heat and stir untill bubbly over entire surface. Contine to cook for 5 more minutes.
Remove from heat and immediately add remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously for a couple of minutes. Transfer to pan and chill.
