SLOW COOKER BREAD PUDDING

Pre-heat slow cooker to high setting
- 1 loaf bread cubed into 8 cups
- 2 cups cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup raisins or currents optional
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Pineapple Chicken Marinade

1.In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients for marinade and pour into a gallon-sized resealable bag
- 3 –4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger

- 1 pkg lemon cake mix
- 1 small box instant lemon pudding and pie filling
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 6oz can frozen lemonade, thawed
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
Pumpkin Pecan Bundt Cake

- 1 18 oz spice cake mix
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup whole pecans
- 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp butter flavoring
- Caramel Icing
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
Cinnamon Roll Apple Cobbler

- 12 ounce jar caramel ice cream tropping
- 1 T flour
- 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls 8 or 10 count
- 5 T butter, melted

Sausage and Cauliflower Casserole

Heat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil
- 1 medium head cauliflower, about 2 pounds
- 1 teaspoon fine table salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 pound uncooked herbed chicken sausage OR spicy Italian sausage, removed from casings
- 1 medium onion, about 1/2 pound, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 stems fresh thyme, leaves only
- One 28-ounce can whole peeled tomatoes, drained and liquid reserved
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 medium-size flour tortillas
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can red enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper-jack cheese
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 green onion, diced
- 1 small can sliced olives

- Topping:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 4 very ripe bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 10 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Cook beef and drain. Add garlic, tomatoes, seasonings, tomato paste and bay leaves
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes w/Italian seasonings
- minced garlic
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
- 10-12 oz. noodles, cooked
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1 cup mozzarella
Tuna Noodle Cassserole

In a large skillet, melt butter and saute onion and celery until tender Stir in tuna, mayo and milk
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can 7 oz tuna, undrained, flaked
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, tossed w/1-2 tablespoons butter or potato chips
