- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 3 skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- Salt, to taste

Chili Cheese Dog Boats

- 8 buns hot dog bun
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 15 oz , with or without beans
- 8 hot dogs

- 2 oz Knappogue Castle Single Malt Irish Whiskey 12-Year
- 3 ⁄4 oz Strawberry syrup*

Thai Red Curry Shrimp

In a large saucepan simmer coconut milk with red curry paste over medium high heat for five minutes
- 1 can 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 to 2 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 to 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 c frozen peas
- 1/3 c water
- 1/2 lb fresh shrimp
Salmon with Avocado Salsa

- For the salmon:
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika

- For the avocado salsa:
- 2 avocados
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional:
- Chopped cilantro *optional garnish

- 1 Acorn squash
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar

Fish Tacos Recipe with Best Fish Taco Sauce!

Line large baking sheet with parchment or silicone liner
- Fish Taco Ingredients:
- 24 small white corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 lb tilapia
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- Fish Taco Toppings:
- 1/2 small purple cabbage
- 2 medium avocado sliced
- 2 roma tomatoes diced (optional)
- 1/2 diced red onion
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro longer stems removed
- 4 oz 1 cup Cotija cheese, grated
- 1 lime cut into 8 wedges to serve
- Fish Taco Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup Mayo
- 2 Tbsp lime juice from 1 medium lime
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce or to taste

Add rum to a medium sized mixing bowl then add cubes of pineapple Let the pineapple soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour T
- 1/2 cup of rum 1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into cubes 1/2 cup of prepared pancake batter 1/2 cup of shredded coconut 1/2 cup to 1 cup of high heat oil 1/2 cup of coconut cream
- Garnish: shredded coconut and coconut cream drizzle
- Note: I soaked some extra pineapple cubes in rum and did not fry them. I found that they were really good mixed into the fried one so that the guests got to taste the variations.
