WINTER FRUIT SALAD

THIS WINTER FRUIT SALAD RECIPE IS A COLORFUL VARIETY OF FRESH FRUIT TOSSED IN A LIGHT HONEY POPPY SEED DRESSING
- 3 cups of cubed pineapple
- 1 cup of peeled, quartered and sliced kiwis
- 2 cups of mandarin orange or clementine segments
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
- 3 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- Optional garnish: fresh mint leaves
Curry Ketchup

This flavourful curry ketchup is quick and easy to make
- Variation:
- 1 cup of tomato ketchup
- 4 tsp of curry powder
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp of mild honey
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- 1 tsp of water
- Replace 1/2 teaspoon of Sweet Paprika with 1/2 teaspoon of Hot Paprika if you want some extra heat. Using a little cayenne pepper would likely work too but I didn’t test that.
