- 8 large russet potatoes, scrubbed clean
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 green onions, sliced thin (white and light green parts only)

- 5 eggs
- 5 cups buttermilk
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 4 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 tsps baking powder
- 2.5 tsps baking soda
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 envelope (1 oz.) ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
- 1 tbsp. chopped chives
- 3/4 cup Cheez Whiz from 15 oz. jar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Baby carrots, broccoli florets, radishes and thin pretzel crackers optional.
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/4 tsp. cracked pepper

- Frosting:
- 1 pkg. fudge cake mix
- Cherry fruit filling
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 5 tsp. butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Combine above ingredients and boil for 1 minute, keep stirring then remove from heat, add chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
