A GREAT REFRESHING DRINK
- 2 1/2 lbs. Gala apples
- 2 1/2 lbs. Granny Smith apples
- 1 large bottle of Fireball brand or any brand of Cinnamon Whiskey
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 lb. cool butter, diced
Chicken Grilled in Chive Vinaigrette

Grilled Chicken in Chive Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- Grated peel of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
- 4 boneless, skin-on chicken breast halves

- 2 cups. sugar
- 1 cup. canned milk
- 1/2 cup. margarine or butter
- 7oz. marshmallow cream
- 12 oz. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Lasagna Home Made

- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 (6.5 ounce) cans canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2- 12oz. bags frozen mixed berries
- 1 box white cake mix (no pudding)
- 1 can of diet 7-up or sierra mist (clear soda)
CHOCOLATE BROWNIE COOKIES

Cream shortening and sugar
- Ingredients:
- 2 2/3 cup Crisco
- 6 cups brown sugar
- 4 tsp. water
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 8 eggs
- 6 cups flour
- 1 1/3 cups baking cocoa
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 4 cups chocolate chips mint
- 2 cups chopped nuts
BANANA BREAD BROWNIES

Preheat oven to 375 deg. Place ingredients in a 15 X 10 inch jelly-roll pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 3 - 4 bananas mashed
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
STUFFED PEPPERS

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- ½ cup tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
COFFEE NUDGE

Pour ingredients into large mug fill with coffee, may top with whipped cream
- 3/4 oz. Kahlua
- 3/4 oz. Dark crème de cocoa
- 1/2 oz. Brandy
