ALMOND RASPBERRY MUFFINS

1. Makes muffins, preheat oven to 350 deg
- Crumble topping optional:
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. finely ground black pepper
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup of pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup of liquefied virgin coconut oil, or ghee or unsalted pastured butter, melted, plus more for muffin tin (optional)
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup of coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp. almond flour
- 1 tbsp. tapioca flour
- 1 tsp. liquefied coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
TRIPLE BERRY CRISP

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Mix flour and 2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 cups Post Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal Any variety lightly crushed
- 1 pint (2 cups) blueberries
- 1 pint (2 cups) raspberries
- 1 pint (2 cups) strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. tapioca

- 32 oz. frozen potato rounds
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 8 ounces Cache Valley & Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 8 slices bacon

- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 cups four or (1 cup wheat flour and 1 cup of wheat germ)
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups wheat flakes
- 2 cups bleached coconut
- 2 cups chopped nuts

FRUIT CAKE

- 3 cups crushed pineapple with liquid
- 6 tsp. vanilla
- 6 tsp. almond flavoring

- 2 lbs. chopped dates

- 1/2 lb. lemon peel
- 1 qt. pecans
