CHEESY BEER DIP
A touch of beer adds a robust flavor to our cheese dip.
- 1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 envelope (1 oz.) ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
- 1 tbsp. chopped chives
- 3/4 cup Cheez Whiz from 15 oz. jar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Baby carrots, broccoli florets, radishes and thin pretzel crackers optional.
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
In bowl, whisk cream cheese, Cheez Whiz, beer, seasoning mix, garlic powder and pepper until blended and smooth. Transfer to serving bowl; sprinkle with chives.
If desired serve with carrots, broccoli, radishes and pretzel crackers.
