Mixture of bread crumbs and corn flakes Dip them into egg then into mixture
- 1/3 c ketchup
- 1/3 c mayo
- 1/4 c honey
- Shpritz lemon juice
- 1 tsp onion soup mix
- 1 T mustard
Apples Baked in Phyllo with Pear and Pecan Filling

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, secure to baking sheet with masking tape
- 1 T butter
- 2 c chopped peeled pear
- 3 T chopped pecans
- 2 T bourbon or water
- 1 T maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
- 4 Granny Smith Apples, peeled
- 4 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed
- Cooking spray
- 2 T sugar
- 1 c frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Mint sprigs (optional)
Honey Mustard Chicken Nuggets

In medium bowl, combine mayo, mustard, honey, and salt
- 1/4 c light mayo
- 1/4 c dijonaise creamy mustard
- 2 T honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 1/2 c cornflake or cracker crumbs
Zucchini (Tamar)

Cook until soft
- Onion
- 1 c tomato sauce
- 1/2 jar marinara
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 T lemon juice
- 6 zucchini, sliced, unpeeled
Spare Ribs

Bake covered at 350° for 3 hrs
- 2 pkg ribs
- 1/2 small soy sauce
- 2 small onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 14 oz ketchup
Apple Chicken

Cook in pot. Set aside one cup
- 1 chicken
- 1 c apple juice, concentrated
- 1/3 c honey
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 large apples
Seasoned and Pickled Chicken Legs or Wings

Microwave: Mix all ingredients and spread part on the chicken
- 1 kg chicken legs or wings
- 1 T corn flour
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 T chili powder
- 1/3 c ketchup
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Oriental Chicken Nuggets

Mix eggs, flour, water and salt
- Sauce:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 onions, sautéed
- 1 red pepper
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 6 oz mushrooms
- 6 oz apricot jelly
- 3/4 c ketchup
- 3 T brown sugar
Chicken Stuffed with Couscous

Clean the chicken. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions and sugar, then add the garlic
- Stuffing:
- 2 chickens, able to be stuffed (no bones)
- 1 1/2 pkgs of instant couscous
- 4 chopped large onions
- 6 T oil
- 2 brown sugar
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and cut
- 3 carrots, peeled and mashed
- 1 red pepper, cubed
- 200 g mushrooms, cut thinly
- Salt
- Cayenne Pepper
- Paprika
- 4 green apples
