Caesar Salad

Dress salad
- Dressing:
- 2 bags bodek lettuce
- 1 c mayo
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/4 c water
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
Spring Vegetable Linguine

Cook linguine pasta according to pkg directions
- 8 oz uncooked Linguine Pasta
- 1/2 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 3 in pieces
- 1/2 lb fresh sugar snap peas
- 1 jar tomato and basil pasta sauce
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Dill Dressing (Yael)

Mix
- 2 T water
- 1 c mayo
- 2 T vinegar
- Salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 T sugar
- Dill
Double Cut Veal chops

Sprinkle veal with salt and pepper
- 2 double rib veal chops (each about 2 1/2 in thick)
- 5 T butter
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1/2 c chopped carrot
- 1 small bay leaf, halved
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 c chicken stock or canned chicken broth
Oriental Turkey Salad

Combine dressing ingredients and toss with salad right before serving
- Dressing:
- Turkey
- 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 c chow mein noodles
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
- 1/4 c fresh cilantro
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 c turkey breast, cubed
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1/4 c honey, melted
- 1 tsp canola oil
- Dash crushed red pepper
- 1 T sesame seeds
Kasha Varnishkes with Pot Roast

Brown pot roast in hot oil in covered Dutch oven over high heat, turning meat occasionally to brown all sides
- 3 lb rump roast
- 3 T oil
- 2 med onions, quartered
- 3 stalks celery, cut into pieces
- 3 carrots, cut into pieces
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 c kasha
- 1 pkg bow ties
- 1/2 c water
- 1/4 c flour
Creamsicle (Miri Wolfson)

Mix orange layers, coffee rich, and apricot jello
- Ice Cream:
- Orange layers
- 3 coffee rich
- 3 jello apricot
- 3 eggs
- 2 whip
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 pkg vanilla
