Meat with Mushrooms

Take meat and make slices in a few places and place garlic cloves in slits
- Piece of Meat
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 1 pkg mushrooms
- 1 pkg mushroom sauce
- 1 c water
- Salt/pepper
Brick Roast in Beer

Cook at 350° for approx 2 hrs
- 3 onions sliced
- Salt
- pepper
- paprika
- cumin
- oregano
- olive oil
- 1 c water
- 1 c black beer
Pineapple Jello Drink with Mint and Ice

Put in blender the pineapple, mint leaves, ice cubes, and pineapple syrup and mix
- 1 pkg pineapple Jello, prepared according to pkg directions
- 1 can pineapples
- 1 c nana leaves
- 20 ice cubes
- Cold water to dilute when necessary
Sol Fish in Sauce

Cook vegetables in salt water and drain
- Sauce:
- 3/4 kg Sol fish fillet
- 1 pkg frozen vegetables
- 2 onions, chopped and sautéed
- 50 g margarine
- 2 T flour
- 2 c milk
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- 100 g salty cheese
Peach Cobbler (Deanne)

- Top:
- 1 1/4 lbs peaches, cut into wedges
- 12 oz strawberries (3 c)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 large yolk
- 1 tsp lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Almond Roll

Roll dough out to become thin
- 1 pkg frozen puff pastry dough
- 1 pkg sliced almonds
- 1 c raisins
- Grated lemon rind
- 3 T sugar
- Cinnamon
- A little margarine, melted

Whip the whips, eggs, vanilla, and sugar together
- 2 whips
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c sugar
- 10 oz baking chocolate
- 1 1/2 c cornflakes
- 1/3 c peanut butter
Deep Dish Apricot Apple Berry

Preheat oven to 350°. To prepare filling, combine first 9 ingredients in a medium bowl
- Filling:
- 4 c thinly sliced, peeled apples
- 4 c quartered apricots (about 12 medium)
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1 T lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Topping:
- 2 T butter
- 1/3 c flour
- 1/3 brown sugar
- 1/4 finely chopped almonds
- 1/4 tsp salt
Parve Cheese Cake (Debby E)

- 2 togulee parve cream cheese
- 2/3 c sugar

Classic Prime Rib with Red Wine-Blackberry Sauce

- Beef:
- 1 6 1/2 lb prime rib beef roast, excess fat trimmed
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled, thinly sliced
- 2 T salt
- 1 T ground black pepper
- Sauce:
- 1 c red dry wine
- 1/2 c finely chopped onion
- 3 T unsalted butter
- 1/2 c frozen or fresh blackberries
- 3 T flour
- 1 1/2 c beef broth
