Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken legs or wings
- 1 T corn flour
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 T chili powder
- 1/3 c ketchup
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Microwave:
Mix all ingredients and spread part on the chicken. Place all into a “cooky” bag and close with the string. Let marinate for 4 hours in the fridge.
Before placing in the microwave, spread out the chicken in the sack to be one layer. Make 6-8 holes in the top part of the bag and place the microwave on a high heat for 9-13 minutes. Before serving, shake the bag to mix completely.
Oven:
Do all instructions as above but place in a pan to cook at 180° for 30-40 minutes.
