Ingredients
- 1/4 c light mayo
- 1/4 c dijonaise creamy mustard
- 2 T honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 1/2 c cornflake or cracker crumbs

Step 1
In medium bowl, combine mayo, mustard, honey, and salt.
Add chicken, stir to coat. Roll chicken in crumbs
Bake 400° oven 12 – 15 min or until browned
