- 1 cup warm water ( 100 degrees )
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 - 1 tsp salt ( omit for ETL )

- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup whipping cream

- 2 peeled oranges
- 1/2 cup pitted dates or 12 unsulfured apricot halves
- Cinnamon to taste

- 1 Head Cauliflower, florets broken apart
- 1 Can Chick Peas rinsed and drained
- 1 Bell pepper diced small
- 1 Onion Diced small
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Cup Panko
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Salt and Pepper to taste
