Beany Oat Burgers

- 1 cup Oat flakes
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Onion, diced
- 1/4 cup Corn
- 1/2 cup Black beans
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon VegiZest
Broccoli Hamburger Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen broccoli
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (16 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Chocolate Smoothie

- add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk or almond milk to the vitamix (high power blender)
- add 1 tbsp chia seed
- add one or two bananas
- add 3 tbsps cacao powder or cacao nibs
- add 1 tsp vanilla extract
- if you add 3 tbsps unsweetened coconut flakes it makes a chocolate pudding if you want that instead.
Apple pie recipe

- Crust:
- 1 cup oats
- 6 dates
- 1 cup walnuts
- blend together in food processor, press into bottom of pie plate
- Filling:
- 6 large apples (I used green & red delicious)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon (we like it, you might use less)
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup raisins
- juice of 1/2 lemon, squeezed into filling

- 2 cups cooked kidney or pinto beans or canned no-salt-added or low- sodium kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium ketchup

- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

- Mix together the following:
- 3 1/2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons potato flour or 1/4 cup instant potato flakes
- 3 tablespoons Baker’s Special Dry Milk or nonfat dry milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons soft butter
- 2/3 cup lukewarm water
- 1/2 cup lukewarm milk

G-Bombs Burger

- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 3 pounds chopped frozen spinach (thawed & lightly drained)
- 5 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 10 tablespoons water (mix water with flax meal to make flax eggs)
- 2 cups chopped mushrooms
- 10 ounces (2 medium) cooked sweet potatoes
- 1 cup mashed cooked beans (we use kidney - either white or red)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds (soaked and sprouted if you desire)
- 1 cup or 1 large red onion, diced small
- 3 tablespoons a blend of onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, sage, oregano to taste OR
- 3 tablespoons of your favorite NO SALT spice mixture such as Dr. Fuhrman's Vegizest or Matozest. We use different Frontier blends to flavor the patties different ways.
