- optional additions: chocolate chips, dried fruit, nuts, banana chips, vanilla, etc.
- Can add protein powder or flax powder.

- 8 skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs or 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp (5 mL) sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) bottled chopped garlic or 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp (5 mL) each ground cumin, coriander and dried basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each ground cinnamon, ginger, allspice and salt

- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro (or parsley)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning

- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 2/3 cup Quick Oats, plus a bit more for dusting biscuit tops

- 2 cups (500 mL) all-purpose flour
- 2 cups (500 mL) shredded, unpeeled zucchini, 1 large
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) each baking powder and baking soda
- 1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each ground nutmeg and mace
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cups (175 mL) buttermilk or low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) vegetable oil

- 1 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/8 cup orange juice
- 6 pounds chicken drumettes or wings, patted dry and seasoned with salt and pepper.
