- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
- 2 tablespoons butter
Baked Lemon-or Orange-Chicken

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- One ·One 3 1/2- to 4-pound chicken, cut into 8 pieces, patted dry

Lightly oil a large frying pan and set over medium heat

- 8 ·8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs or 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

- 1/2 ·1/2 cup (125 mL) orange or mango juice
- 1 ·1 tsp (5 mL) each dried basil leaves and ground cumin
