In a large bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder
- 2 3/4 cups (355 grams) all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup (75 grams) unsweetened Dutch processed cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon (4 grams) baking powder
- 1 cup (227 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 3/4 cups (350 grams) granulated white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

- Instructions:
- to 5 to 7 blackberries in a saucepan, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. When mixture boils reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and strain into a container. Store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
