Key Lime Mousse Cups Recipe

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk and juice until smooth; fold in whipped cream

- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

- 2 cups white rice
- 4 cups water
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced

- 1 green bell pepper, cut into matchsticks
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 head broccoli, broken into florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 onion, cut into large chunks

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente
- 1 package (16 ounces) uncooked spiral pasta
- 4 teaspoons olive oil, divided
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded fontina cheese, divided
- 4 teaspoons minced fresh oregano or 1-1/4 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 packages (6 ounces each) fresh baby spinach, coarsely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup 1 percent milk
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- Hot sauce, to taste
- 3 cups cornflakes, crushed
- 2 teaspoons The Lady's House Seasoning (see below)
