Spray PAM inside slow cooker
- 12 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 C sour cream
- 2 T paprika
- 1/4 t ground red pepper
- 1/2 t onion powder
- salt to taste
- wide egg noodles
Pineapple Delights

Melt butter in large bowl
- 2 C butter
- 2 C brown sugar
- 2 C sugar
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 2 t pineapple extract
- 4 C flour
- 2 1/2 C chopped sweetened dried pineapple
- 1/2 C chopped coconut
- 3 C rolled oats (quick oatmeal)
Rhubarb Bar Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
- 1 C flour
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 C softened butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 T milk
- 2 C peeled, finely diced rhubarb
- 1 small pkg. (3 oz) strawberry jello
- 1 C sugar
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 C softened butter
Ginger Lemon Delights

Heat oven to 375. In large bowl, stir cookie ingredients until very soft dough forms (dough will be sticky)
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 C shortening
- 1/4 C light molasses
- 1 T ground ginger
- 1 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1 t ground cloves
- 1 egg
- Glaze and Topping
- 1 C powdered sugar
- 1 t grated lemon peel
- 4 t lemon juice
- 1/4 C finely chopped crystallized ginger
Rhubarb Custard Cake

Spray with Pam and flour 9 x 13 pan
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 3 - 4 C peeled cut up rhubarb
- 1 C sugar
- 2 C half & half
- sweetened whipped cream for topping

- 4 eggs (should measure 1 C)
- 2 C milk
- 2 C flour
- 1 t salt
Macaroni Salad with Dill and Ham

To mellow the minced onion, soak it in cold water while you make the salad
- 1/4 medium red onion, minced
- 2 t kosher salt, plus additional for salting water
- 8 ox. elbow macaroni (about 2 cups)
- 2 T milk
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- pepper
- 1/3 C extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 C sour cream
- 6 oz. cooked ham, cut into 1 x 3 inch cubes
- 3/4 C frozen baby peas, thawed (about 4 oz)
- 2 ribs celery, diced
- 2 T chopped fresh dill
Vegetable Lasagna

Preheat oven to 400. In a medium bowl, whisk together ricotta cheese, eggs 1/2 t salt and 1/4 t pepper
- 4 C whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- salt and pepper
- 2 packages (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove excess moisture
- 6 C store bought tomato sauce
- 12 no boil lasagna noodles
- 1 pd. fontina cheese (4 cups shredded)
Honey Mustard Chicken

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1/3 C Dijon mustard
- 1/3 C honey
- 2 T chopped fresh dill
- 1 t freshly grated orange peel
- 2 1/2 lbs. chicken
Cheese Ravioli with Toasted Walnuts

Cook the ravioli according to the directions
- 1 14-16 oz. package cheese ravioli
- 1/3 C olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 C walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 t lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 C fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 C grated Parmesan
