Hot Fudge-Marshmallow Monkey Bread

Heat oven to 350. Grease 12 cup fluted tube cake pan with 1 T butter
- 1 T butter, softened
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands (5 biscuits)
- 13 large marshmallows
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/2 C hot fudge ice cream topping
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 C sugar
- 1 T Hershey's Special Dark baking cocoa
Spicy Broccoli Mango Salad

Lightly spray 8 inch skillet with cooking spray
- SWEET HOT PECANS
- 4 t sugar
- 1/4 to 1//2 t ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/2 C pecan halves, broken into coarse pieces
- DRESSING
- 2 (6 oz) containers Yoplait fat free orange creme yogurt
- 1/3 C light mayo
- 1 T cider vinegar
- 1/8 t salt
- SALAD
- 5 C fresh broccoli florets and cut up stems (1 small branch)
- 1 1/2 C diced peeled seeded mango (2 medium)
- 1/4 C finely chopped red onion
Classic Meat Loaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 C onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/4 C finely chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 C finely diced celery
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- 1 t finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 C grated carrot
- 1 C fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 C hanlf and half or milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 4 slices bacon, finely chopped
- 1/34 t. kosher salt
- 1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 t cider vinegar

- 2 C flour
- 1 C cold better
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 C sugar
- 8 T lemon juice
- 1 t lemon zest
- 1/2 t salt

- 1/4 C flour
Strawberry Custard Squares
