Grease and flour a bundt pan
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box (3 oz) orange Jello
- 1 C orange juice
- 1 t orange extract
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 1 t orange zest
- 4 eggs
- 1 C mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Rocky Road Bar Cookies

Line bottom of pan with graham crackers
- 24 graham crackers (12 double)
- 2 C miniature marshmallows - white
- 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 C salted cashews
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla
Chippers Cookies

In large bowl beat butter, sugar, egg yolks, salt and vanilla until fluffy
- 1 1/2 C softened butter
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 1/2 C flour
- 1 1/2 C finely crushed plain potato chips (measure after crushing)
- 1 1/2 C finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 t finely grated lemon zest
- 1/3 C sugar for dipping
- Approximately 5 dozen pecan halves for decoration
Maple Corn Bread

Heat oven to 425. Butter a 9 x 13 baking pan
- 3/4 C unsalted butter, melted and cooled, plus more for the pan
- 2 C flour, spooned and leveled
- 2 C cornmeal
- 2 T baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 t kosher salt
- 2 C whole milk
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 C pure maple syrup
Nacho Turkey Casserole

Lightly grease a 3 quart rectangular baking dish
- 5 C slightly crushed torilla chips
- 4 C cubed cooked turkey or chicken
- 2 16 oz. jars salsa
- 1 10 oz package frozen whole kernel corn
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 2 T flour
- 1 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Scalloped Corn

Lightly coat a 2 quart rectangular baking dish with cooking spray; set aside
- 1 C chopped onion
- 1 C chopped green or red sweet pepper
- 2 T butter
- 3 T flour
- 2 C milk
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 2 - 16 oz. packages frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained
- 2 C soft bread crumbs
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
Lentil Soup

Rinse lentils. In slow cooker place lentils, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme and bay leaf
- 1 C dry lentils
- 1 C chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 t dried oregano, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 1/2 C water
- 1/4 C snipped fresh parsley
- 1 C chopped carrot
- 1 C chopped onion
- 1/2 t dried basil, crushed
- 1/4 t dried thyme, crushed
- 3 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1 (14 oz) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 2 T cider vinegar
Praline Charlotles

Add sugar and vanilla to melted butter
- 1 1/2 C melted butter
- 1 1/2 C brown sugar
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t salt (1/2 if salted pecans are used)
- 1 1/2 C finely ground pecans
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 C flour
Deviled Eggs

- 3/4 C Miracle Whip
- 4 t Dijon mustard
- 1 T fresh lemon juice 1/4 t kosher salt

- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/8 t pepper
- 3 T olive oil, divided
- 1/2 C sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 C Marsala wine
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1/2 t basil leaves
- 1/2 t onion powder
