Ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 3 - 4 C peeled cut up rhubarb
- 1 C sugar
- 2 C half & half
- sweetened whipped cream for topping

Preparation
Step 1
Spray with Pam and flour 9 x 13 pan. Mix cake according to directions Pour batter into pan. Spread rhubarb on top. Sprinkle sugar on top Cover sugar with half & half. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
This cake won't "set up" like a regular cake. The top will be like a regular cake, the bottom will be like custard.
Cool completely and top with whipped cream or ice cream.
