- 1/4 C instant coffee

- 5 1/2 C flour
Bacon Quiche Biscuit Cups

Mango Bread

- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 C sugar

- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 C mashed mangoes
- 3 C flour

- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 C chopped walnuts
Apple Walnut Bundt Cake

Make the caramelized apples
- For the Cake:
- Carmelized Apples
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1 T water
- 3 tart green apples (granny smith)
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temp, plus more for pan
- 3 C flour, plus more for pan
- 2 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 3/4 t baking soda
- 3/4 t cinnamon
- 3/4 t nutmeg
- 3/4 ground ginger
- Course salt
- 1 1/4 C packed light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 C whole milk
- 3/4 C chopped toasted walnuts
- For the glaze:
- 1 1/2 C confectioners sugar
- 3 T apple cider

- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 C uncooked quick or old fashioned oatmeal
- 1/2 C whole wheat flour
- 1/2 C cornmeal
- 1/2 C white flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 1/2 C buttermilk
- 1 t vanilla extract
- Frozen strawberries for topping

Chicken Bisquit Stew

In a large nonstick skillet, saute carrots, onion and garlic in oil until tender
- For Biscuits:
- 1 C julienned carrots
- 1 C thinly sliced onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 t olive oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 T flour
- 1/4 C water
- 3 T white wine or chicken broth
- 1 C fat free plain yogurt
- 1 C fresh or frozen peas
- 1/4 t each curry powder, salt, pepper, ground cumin and ginger
- 1 C flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 4 1/2 t cold butter
- 1/2 C fat free plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 t dried parsley flakes
