BBQ Bacon Hawaiian Turkey Burgers

1. Cook bacon according to directions on the package
- FOR SERVING:
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 pound lean ground turkey breast
- 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1/2 medium white onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, plus more if you like spicier
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
- 4 fresh pineapple slices, 1/2 inch thick

1. To make the crust and topping, preheat the oven to 350 degrees

- ● 3 cups all-purpose flour
- ● 1 1/2 cups sugar
- ● 1/4 tsp salt
- ● 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, chilled

- ● 2 cups sugar
- ● 1 cup sour cream

1. Add flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt to a food processor and pulse until blended
- Cannoli cups:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting work surface
- 2 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg white
- 6 - 8 Tbsp apple juice or grape juice*
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar (red wine vinegar or plain white vinegar would be fine)

- 12 oz whole milk Ricotta cheese, strained
- 8 oz Mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar**
