Slow Cooker
- ● 4-6 chicken breasts
- ● 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ● 2/3 cup cider vinegar
- ● 1/4 cup sprite
- ● 2 1/2 Tbsps. minced garlic
- ● 2 Tbsps. soy sauce
- ● 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- ● 2 Tbsps. cornstarch
- ● 2 Tbsps. water
- ● Red pepper flakes
Butter Cheese Spread

Mix together, chill in fridge, and serve with crackers
- 2 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chives

- 3/4 tsp crushed garlic

Pistachio Cake

1. Beat everything except sugar together on low until well mixed 2

- 1 small instant pudding pistachio
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil

Sweet & Sour Chinese Meatballs

1. Blend together beef, salt, pepper, and ginger 2

- ● 2 tbsp. oil

- ● 1 onion; chopped

- ● 1 tsp dry sherry
- ● 1 tsp cornstarch

Jerk Shrimp and Pineapple

1. Marinate the shrimp in the half of the jerk marinade for at least 20 minutes and up to overnight
