- 1 1/2 to 2 tbsps. plus 1 tsp milk
- Food coloring (optional)
Maple Mustard Chicken

- ● 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- ● 1/4 cup maple syrup
- ● 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- ● Salt & pepper to taste

Cajun Chicken Pasta

1. Cook pasta 2. in a large pan heat 1 tbsp
- 16 oz. Penne Pasta, uncooked
- 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into small strips
- 2 small Tomatoes- chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 3 1/3 Cups Heavy Cream
- 5 Tbsps. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning, plus more for garnish
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Strawberry Margarita Cupcakes

1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Place paper cupcake tins in a 24 cupcake tray 2
- Cupcakes:
- 1 box white cake mix + ingredients on box
- 1 cup bottled strawberry margaritas mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 3 egg whites or whole eggs
- Frosting:
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup butter; softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp bottled strawberry margarita mix
- Sliced limes- garnish
Snickers Brownie

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- ● 1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients on back of box
- ● 1 jar marshmallow fluff
- ● 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- ● 1 pkg caramels, unwrapped
- ● 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- ● 1 & 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
- ● 1/2 pkg chocolate chips
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

- 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 2/3 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips; divided
- Powdered sugar, to garnish
Blueberry White Chocolate Cookies

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsps. vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt

Drunken Cherry Chocolate Cake

● Booze up your cherries: o Rinse, drain and pit your 1 lb
- ● For the Filling:
- ● 1 Chocolate Cake Mix
- o 4 cups (1 lb.) fresh pitted cherries
- o 1/2 cup rum
- o 1/4 cup cold water
- ● For the Frosting:
- o 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened to room temp
- o 3 cups powdered sugar
- o 1/4 tsp salt
- o 16 oz. (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened to room temp and cut into 16 pieces
- o 4 Tbsp. of the reserved cherry/rum syrup
- ● To Decorate:
- o Semi-sweet chocolate chips to create shaved chocolate
- o A handful of fresh cherries for the top
