Honey-Mustard Nectarine Pork Kabobs

Ingredients
- ● 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- ● 2 Tbsp. Honey
- ● 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- ● 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
- ● 2 1/2 tsp salt
- ● 1 tsp pepper
- ● 2 lbs. pork ribs cut into chunks (cut off excess fat)
- ● 4 large nectarines
- ● 1/2 cup honey

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl mix the first six ingredients and stir in the pork pieces
2. Marinate at least 30 minutes, longer if possible.
3. Cut each nectarine into six wedges.
4. Alternate the nectarine and pork onto a skewer.
5. Place Kabobs on a grill and cook until browned.
6. While cooking, baste the kabobs generously with honey.
