  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice + 1 tablespoon water, reserved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley (garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta (optional, garnish)
