- 1 egg, beaten
- Peanut oil
- 4 scallions
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 t. sugar
- salt
- 1 T. Chinese rice wine
- 1 c. thawed frozen corn

Step 1
Scramble egg in peanut oil in a skillet over high heat; remove to a plate. Heat more peanut oil in the skillet. Add 4 sliced scallions, garlic, sugar, and salt to taste; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add wine and corn; stir-fry 1 minute.
