Depending on how many people you’re serving, this recipe can be doubled, tripled, or even quadrupled
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large egg, separated
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix flour, salt and yeast together in large mixing bowl
- 5 c. (600 g) of einkorn flour
- or 3 c. (600 g) of wheat berries
- 1 3/4 c. (410g) of warm water
- 1/4 t. (1 g) dry active yeast
- 1 t. (6 g) sea salt
Oatmeal Scotchies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 1/4 cups unsifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups Old-Fashioned Quaker oats
- 1 (11 ounce) package NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels (about 2 cups)
Yum Yum Good Salad

In large bowl, blend together cottage cheese and thawed topping
- 3 cups fat-free cottage cheese -- 9
- 1 8 oz fat free whipped topping -- 10
- 2 3 oz packages orange gelatin powder -- 2
- 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges in juice -- drained 7
- 1 15 1/2 oz can pineapple chunks in juice -- drained 4 1/2
- In large bowl, blend together cottage cheese and thawed topping. Beat
- till blended. Stir in DRY jello. Fold in fruit. Put in mold or leave in
- bowl. Chill several hours or overnight.
Smothered Cabbage

- 2 pounds green, red or Savoy cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
Tex Mex Salmon w/ Sweet Peppers

Puree the cilantro, lime juice, cumin, salt, hot pepper sauce, and water in a blender or food processor
- 3 c. fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 T. fresh lime juice
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 t. hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 (1/2 – 3/4 pound) salmon steaks
- 2 yellow bell peppers, seeded and sliced
- 2 red bell peppers, seeded and sliced
Italian Cheese Filling

- 2 # ricotta cheese
- 1/2 # mozzarella cheese, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. parmesan
- 1 T. parsley
