Apple Pie Shake

Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed
- 2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
- 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder, (or more)
- 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
- 1 cup frozen apple slices
- A few dashes each cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
Chocolate Baby Cakes with Chocolate Glaze

- 1 1/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. + 2 Tb. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. sugar

- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt

- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. ground toasted almonds

- 1 baguette, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices

- 2 (16 oz.) cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 Tb. minced fresh garlic, (about 3 medium cloves)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice, (about 1 large lemon)
