- 3/4 c. uncooked long-grain rice
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. dry-roasted salted cashews, coarsely chopped

- 2 Tb. cornstarch , divided
- 3 Tb. soy sauce , divided
- 2 Tb. honey
- 1 (1 lb.) pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1 Tb. canola oil, divided
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tb. grated peeled fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 c. sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 1 c. chopped red bell pepper, (about 1)
Sugar Snap Peas with Fresh Marjoram

- 3/4 lb. sugar snap peas, trimmed of stems and strings

- 3/4 cup pancake mix, (Bisquick)
- 3/4 cup beer
- vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup flour
