Popcorn Spices

For each type of seasoning: In a bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring well to combine
- Italian Popcorn Seasoning:
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tb. dried oregano
- 1 Tb. dried thyme
- 1 Tb. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Southwest Popcorn Seasoning:
- 1/4 c. chili powder
- 1/4 c. ground cumin
- 2 Tb. garlic powder
- 1 Tb. ground coriander
- 1 Tb. salt
- Ranch-Style Popcorn Seasoning:
- 3/4 c. dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. onion salt
- 1/4 c. garlic salt
- 2 Tb. dried dillweed
- 1 Tb. ground black pepper
- Cajun Popcorn Seasoning:
- 1/2 c. paprika
- 1/3 c. seasoned salt
- 1/4 c. onion powder
- 1/4 c. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. dried oregano
- 1/4 c. dried basil
- 2 Tb. dried thyme
- 1 Tb. ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
Brussels Sprouts Au Gratin

Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan; set aside
- 1/4 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs
- 1 Tb. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 lbs. fresh brussels sprouts, or sub 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen prepared to pkg. directions
- 2 Tb. butter
- 2 Tb. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
- 1 Tb. white wine Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika

- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup finely chopped vanilla wafers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Filling:
- 1 1/2 pound cream cheese
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Chocolate Angel-Food Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Chocolate-Coconut Glaze:
- 1 c. cake flour
- 2 c. sugar, divided
- 1/2 c. Dutch-process cocoa
- 2 c. egg whites, (approx. 14-16 large egg whites), at room temperature
- 3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 2 Tb. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. Dutch-process cocoa
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
Fresh Fruit Ice Cream

Pour ingredients into freezer container and freeze according to directions
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 6 c. half and half
- 2 Tb. vanilla
- 3 c. fresh fruit, puree (peaches, strawberries, bananas or raspberries)
Parmesan Pizza Crust

Combine yeast and water; let stand 5 minutes
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water , (105-115 degrees)
- 6-7 c. all-purpose flour, divided
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- cornmeal
- olive oil

- 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tb. poppyseeds
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. sour cream

Cheesy Chicken Corn Soup

- 3 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
- 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cans (8 1/2 oz.) cream style corn
- 1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
