  • 1 pound bacon, cooked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Additional green onions, cooked bacon, tomato, and lettuce for garnish, if desired

1 Make the sauce by heating 2 tsp of vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over med/low heat

  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • vegetable oil, for frying (about 1 cup)
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 large green onions
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • In a large bowl (I prefer glass) combine steak, an additional 1/4 cup of low-sodium soy, and 2 T Hoisin sauce with the corn starch and mix well with fingers. Let that marinade (not in frig) for about 30 mins
