A Chicken Casserole that is out of this world good
- 4 Large Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 Box Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
- 1 Large Chopped Onion
- 1 Stick Butter
- 3 tb Flour
- 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Large Can Sliced Mushrooms
- 12 oz grated Sharp Cheese
Chili: 17 Bean White Chicken Chili

Cook your beans according to package directions
- 1 Pound Assorted Dry Beans, Cooked According to Package Directions
- 5 Cups Chicken Broth
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 3 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp Cold Water
- 1 Cup Corn
- 1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1/2 Large Onion, Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Can Diced Green Chiles
- 1 Tomato, Chopped
- 1/2 Lime, Squeezed
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Corriander
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 Small Bunch Cilantro, Chopped
- Salt to Taste

Sprinkle the yeast on top of the warm water and allow it to sit for 5 minutes
- Dough
- 3/4 cup warm water (105°F - 115°F)
- 1 package of active yeast
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Garlic-Butter Drizzle
- 5 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt

1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8 custard cups or a 2-quart baking dish
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick-cooking white grits
- 2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (4 1/2-ounce) can chopped mild green chiles
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
Snack: Bacon & Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

1) Place bacon in a large, deep skillet
- 3 slices bacon
- 8 crimini mushrooms ( also known as portabellini)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1. Combine beef and soy sauce in medium bowl; set aside for 15 minutes
- 1 pound sirloin tip steaks , trimmed of excess fat and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (see note above)

- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound cremini mushrooms , stems trimmed, caps wiped clean and quartered
- 1 large onion, chopped medium (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 medium garlic clove , minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 1 teaspoon)
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 3/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 medium carrots , peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
- 2 medium ribs celery , cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (powdered)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley leaves
- Table salt and ground black pepper
