Snack: Jalapeño Popper Cups

Heat oven to 375°F. Separate each biscuit into 2 rounds
- 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cooked bacon pieces
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 20 pickled jalapeño slices, drained
Ham Chowder

For a special treat, Grandma served this chowder with her crispy cheese toasts
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 large baking potato
- 2 (10 1/2-ounce) cans condensed cream of celery soup
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen corn
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup milk

Sprinkle the yeast on top of the warm water and allow it to sit for 5 minutes
- Dough
- 3/4 cup warm water (105°F - 115°F)
- 1 package of active yeast
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Garlic-Butter Drizzle
- 5 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt

There are many taco bean dips, but this one has a secret ingredient that makes is extra yummy…mayonnaise
- Ingredients
- 3 large avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix (such as Lawry's®)
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 2 chopped green onion tops
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
Amish Broccoli Salad with Bacon

This broccoli salad is just delicious! Made it exactly as the recipe said
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar- can use sugar substitute as well
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Sweet: Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls

1 For the rolls, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk in a large bowl
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- FILLING
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/3 cup margarine, softened
- ICING
- 8 tablespoons margarine
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

This is the perfect party dip! It’s so good and super easy
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 16 oz. cheddar cheese, grated (sharp or mild)
- 4 oz. chopped green chilies
- Green onion (suit your own taste)
- 1 c. chopped ham
- 1/2 pound chopped bacon
- 1 round bread loaf, hollowed out
