Mix together and let sit in fridge for 8-12 hours or overnight
- 2 cans (16 ounce size) black eyed peas
- 1 can (16 ounce size) diced tomato
- 2 cans (16 ounce size) corn
- 1 1/2 cup canned black beans
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
Shepherd's Pie: 30 Minute

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 12 minutes
- 2 pounds potatoes, such as russet, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons sour cream or softened cream cheese
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil1 3/4 pounds ground beef
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef stock or broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire, eyeball it

- 2 lbs Pork, cubed
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- 1 pc chili (banana pepper, jalapeno, or long chili pepper), sliced
- 1/2 cup shrimp paste
- 3-5 pcs dried bay leaves
- 1 tbsp whole pepper corn

- 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 cup any flavor FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cans (12.5 oz. each) SWANSON® White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained

- 4-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 9), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

- 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 lb. Ham
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

- 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except ketchup. Spread mixture in ungreased 9x5-inch loaf pan, or shape into 9x5-inch loaf in ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Spread ketchup over top.
- 2 Insert meat thermometer so tip is in center of loaf. Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until thermometer reads at least 160°F. Drain meat loaf.
- 3 Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.
Outback Steakhouse Bleu Cheese Dressing

- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Buttermilk
- 2 Tablespoon Crumbled Bleu Cheese
- 1/8 Teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/8 Teaspoon White Pepper (Do Not Double)
BBQ Sauce

Easy to make BBQ Sauce
- 1 14oz Bottle Heinz Catsup
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 TBLS Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 14 oz Water
- 3/4 TBLS Worchester Sauce
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 TBLS Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 TBLS A-1 Sauce
- 2 Shallots (used dry shallots but fresh is ok)
- 1/2 TBLS Onion Powder
Outback Steakhouse Kookaburra Wings

Outback Steakhouse style hot wings are fried and tasty
- WING COATING:
- 10 chicken wing drumettes
- 48 ounces shortening or 6 to 10 cups vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Kraft Macaroni & Cheese cheddar cheese topping or Molly McButter cheese sprinkle
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 dash ground clove
- SAUCE:
- 2 tablespoons Crystal Louisiana hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon water
- SERVE WITH:
- Bleu cheese dressing
- Celery sticks
